Shipping Policy
• All orders qualify for free standard economy ground shipping in the contiguous
United States
• Orders placed before 4 PM CST will be shipped on the same day
• You will be contacted via email regarding any items with longer lead times or availability concerns
• Depending on the location, ground shipments usually take 2 to 5 days
• Your order may be shipped via expedited delivery for an additional cost at checkout
• All items are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas
• Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination to help reduce shipping costs
• We ship internationally for an additional cost, which is determined by the carrier

Returns & Refunds Policy
• Part Master Hub will accept returns that are authorized within 30 calendar days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and fees
• Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Parts must be in their complete, unopened, original packaging
• All returns must be in their original condition and include all components
• We cannot accept returns for parts that have been installed, mounted, or used
• Returns that are missing components will not be credited
• We are not responsible for installation errors and we will not cover any labor, towing, or rental expenses
• Electrical parts are not returnable
• Freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
• You can expect a refund as soon as we receive the returned part
• We reserve the right to refuse the return of any parts that do not meet the above criteria

Cancellation Policy
• An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until it is shipped and no longer in our possession

Fitment Issues
• Returning a product that does not fit your vehicle can be initiated by contacting
us via email or phone. We will carefully review and investigate the fitment issues
• Customers are encouraged to verify vehicle fitment before placing an order to ensure that the selected parts are appropriate for their vehicle
